It was back to one of my favourite wedding venues, the Casal Santa Eulalia in Mallorca for Dusanka and Daniel’s stunningly elegant and super fun destination wedding.
Mallorca is the largest Spanish island and a fantastic place to have your destination wedding, and only a two hour flight from Switzerland.
The Hotel Casal Santa Eulalia is a rural hotel in Can Picafort, a stones throw from the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends. It was originally built as a monastery in 1880 and is a fantastic all inclusive wedding location for that relaxed, authentic Spanish island charm. It has extensive gardens that surround an elegant manor house, as well as a swimming pools, spa, gym, and much more.
Dusanka and Daniel had originally planned an outdoor ceremony, but the weather had other ideas. Thankfully the hotel has a great plan B – and the ceremony was moved into the beautifully historic cellar of the hotel. Like many good stories, this one started with a thunderstorm – but after the ceremony finished, the skies cleared, the sun came out and an unforgettable day followed. Here’s a look at an amazing weekend.
